Deliveries: Different Options in FRANCE

 

The Post

  • Home delivery by the postal service.
  • Parcel handed over in person.
  • 48 hours from receipt of the order.

 

Mondial Relay

  • Delivery with Mondial Relay involves picking up your parcel at the nearest relay point. It is generally estimated between 3 to 5 days.

 

Chronopost 24H

  • 24 hours if the order is placed before 6 PM. The Chronopost solution allows you to receive your items the day after your order on our site if you placed it before 1 PM.

 

In-store Pickup

Not available at the moment

In-store pickup is FREE when you validate your cart. Before payment, you will have the option to choose the transport method; at this point, please select “in-store pickup.”

Shipping rates for an order under 50€:

  • Mondial Relay (delivery within 4 business days) 5€
  • Colissimo, home delivery (delivery within 48H) 8€
  • Chronopost, home delivery (delivery within 24H) 12€

Shipping rates for an order over 50€

  • Mondial Relay FREE 🙂
  • Colissimo, home delivery (delivery within 48H) 5€
  • Chronopost, home delivery (delivery within 24H) 12€

Attention: From the validation of your order, we will prepare and drop off your parcel with the carrier of your choice within a maximum of 48 hours (business days only). In the vast majority of cases, your parcels are dropped off the next morning with the carrier.
From the drop-off of your parcel, you must then add the transport days specific to each carrier.

 

Deliveries: Different Options Abroad and to the DOM-TOM

We have implemented deliveries abroad (EU) with a FLAT RATE of 12€. Here are the destinations:

  • DOM-TOM: Réunion, Guadeloupe, and Martinique
  • Belgium
  • Luxembourg
  • Switzerland
  • Europe: Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden
  • Pacific: Fiji, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Vanuatu
  • Canada
For the United States and Australia, our delivery conditions are as follows:
  • 30€ for orders up to 1kg
  • 40€ for orders between 1kg and 1.5kg
  • 50€ for orders over 1.5kg

Returns

 

We accept returns within 20 days (from the receipt of your order). Items will be refunded 💗
The return conditions are as follows:

  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • The item must still have the original tag.
  • Shipping costs (return) are your responsibility.

We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring during transport.

Procedure

If you wish to receive a refund, here is the procedure:
1. Contact us by phone at + 33 07 82 39 43 43 or by email at contact@tpgk.fr to inform us of your return.

2. We will explain the return conditions specified in the previous section and give you our return address:

3. When we receive your item, we will examine it and process the refund within 3 days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used (CB or Paypal). After our processing time, consider an additional 2 days for the bank’s processing time.

✅ Good news: Sale items are exchangeable and refundable.
